Vanilla & Yoghurt Panna Cotta with Cherry n Strawberry Soup

The summers are excruciating with tempratures soaring and touching the sky, how is every body else's summers doing?

I know many of you know how to make a Panna Cotta, but this one is bit different....not the usual one but a bit different and since this is my first post on my blog so i thought why not make a panna cotta with yoghurt.

i know the heat is absolutely soaring and wots best to referesh rather than a cold desert made out of yoghurt,so here's presenting for the first time, by a first time blogger on the blog for you all .... A vanilla & yoghurt Panna Cotta... you will find the recipe below ...

Ingredients:-

Panna Cotta:
10 Tablespoons yoghurt
1 pack thick cream
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 teaspoon gelatine powder
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup sugar

Cherry & Strawberry soup: 1 cup cherry deseeded
3 to 4 strawberry
2 cup sugar
1cup water small

Method:-


Panna Cotta:
I
n a saucepan simmer on low flame cream sugar and yoghurt and stir until sugar dissolves completely make sure you keep stirring or else your, youghurt will curdle add vanilla and remove off flame and cool.

In a cup mix gelatine in warm water and dissolve completely. Now mix gelatine to your yoghurt mixture and mix completely.

Add to moulds and refrigerate overnight.

Cherry & Strawberry soup:
Sprinkle some sugar on cherries and strawberries to reduce tartiness.
\In a saucepan add cherries and straberies along with sugar and water and boil for 10 mis untill sugar gets completely disolved..now cook on low flame for another 20 mins until it thickens completely. strain soup and keep some cherries/strawberries aside to mix and serve.

To Assemble:

you need to take moulds from refrigerator after 24 hours and dip it in some hot water for 2 to 3 mins to loosen..tip it in flat serving plate. on top add cherry n strawberry soup on sides and serve :)
